My name is Carmel Barnao...

I'm a registered nurse, I have been teaching aqua aerobics pregnancy exercise classes for 34 years and have 3 children. The aim of my aqua-natal classes is to have fun while getting fit in a safe environment. Come and enjoy pregnancy exercise in a great supporting environment with other like-minded mothers. 

Pregnancy exercise can have real benefits for you and your baby. As well as giving you a sense of control over your body, exercise releases endorphins (to make you feel good), relieves backache and other pregnancy aches and pains, prepares your body for birth.

My classes help you to regain your pre-pregnancy body more quickly after your baby is born. Pregnancy exercise seems to provide an easier delivery, a quicker recovery time and a faster loss of gained weight after the birth. Pregnancy exercise also keeps the body in shape by increasing circulation, flexibility, muscle tone and stamina.
